2.    Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post.

3.    Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service.

4.    We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.

5.    Please note that you will be refunded within 5-10 working days of us receiving the goods should they be in returnable condition.
